One team shoots your ads, runs them on Meta and tracks every lead to the dollar. We built our own business to over €569K in payments with this exact system before we ever offered it to a client. Here is why most agencies in LA can't do this, and what it means for your calendar.
You paid a retainer. You got a Canva ad, a monthly PDF and a 23 year old media buyer who had never run a business. The leads were tire kickers. When you asked what a booked appointment actually cost you, nobody could tell you.
So you cancelled. You told yourself ads don't work for your kind of business, and you went back to referrals, Yelp and hoping.
Here's the thing. Ads work fine in Los Angeles. Every day, med spas, dental offices, law firms, roofers and gyms in this city fill their calendars with ads. The problem was never the platform. The problem was the setup you paid for. And once you see why, you'll never buy "leads" the same way again.
Stock footage and templates. People scroll past what they've seen a hundred times. Nobody books a $3,000 service from a stock photo of a smiling model.
Meta rewards volume. One creative a month is not a test, it's a guess with your money on it. Winners come from 15 to 20 variations, not one.
"Leads" is a vanity number. The only numbers that matter are what a booked appointment costs you and how many of them showed up.
The person who sold you is not the person running your account. By month two, your business is a ticket in somebody's queue.
An ad agency that doesn't shoot, doesn't test and doesn't track is a design studio with a Meta login.
We do the opposite of all four. Not because we're smarter, but because we built our own business this way first, with our own money on the line. That changes how you work.
This is the exact system behind the €569K and the 60 hires. Nothing in it is magic. All of it is work most agencies skip.
We don't guess what your market responds to. We test up to 10 angles as cheap ads for 7 days before we build anything. Your money goes behind what the market already voted for.
One shoot day at your location. We cut it into 15 to 20 ad variations and keep the winners fed with new versions. You're not in front of the camera every month.
Every lead carries the ad that brought it, from click to booked appointment to signed client. You see what a booking costs you, every week, in plain numbers.
I shoot, cut, write and run the ads myself. Before Los Angeles I did this for German companies with 100 to 300 employees and €20M to €77M in revenue: recruiting films and ad campaigns for Tandler and HAWART, brand films for Etelser, a location film for one of the largest Harley Davidson dealerships in northern Germany, and the YouTube videos for OP Bros, who passed a billion views in their first year.
Then my wife and I built her coaching business from zero to over €569K in payments. Our money, our ads, our videos, our landing pages, our tracking. No agency. That's the system you're looking at on this page.
City of Angels Advertising LLC is the US company, with an office in Los Angeles. I take on a handful of clients at a time, because I'm on every account myself.
Agencies show you logos. We show you dashboards. First the business we built with our own money, then the companies that trusted us with theirs.

Figures are gross payments received in euros as shown in the dashboard, USD converted at about $1.08 per euro at the time of writing. Results from our own business are not a promise of your results. Your numbers depend on your offer, your market and your follow up.

0:44Most agencies want a "discovery call" where you talk and they take notes. We flip it. You answer five questions, pick a time, and we go to work before the call.
On the call we walk you through the concepts, show you what a booked appointment should cost in your market in Los Angeles, and lay out the 90 day plan to hit your number. If it's a fit, we talk about working together. If it's not, you keep everything and you'll never hear a pitch.
Why would we do this for free? Because it's the fastest way to show you how we work, and because the businesses that see their own concepts rarely want somebody else to run them.
We're opening our Los Angeles roster with four businesses. Founding Clients get the full system at a reduced founding rate. In exchange, we document your results (with your approval) and use them as case studies. When the four spots are gone, the rate goes up and the program closes.
Your ads go live within 14 days of your shoot day. If we miss that date, your first month's fee is free. Speed is in our hands, so we put it in writing.
Before we start, we set a booked appointment target for your first 90 days together, in writing. If we miss it, we keep running your campaigns at no fee until we hit it, for up to three additional months.
Both guarantees apply to Founding Clients and full program clients who hold up their side: the agreed ad budget is funded every month, the shoot day happens, creatives are approved within 48 hours, and new leads are contacted within 24 hours. "Booked appointment" means a qualified appointment booked through the system we build. Full terms are in your agreement before you pay anything.
Takes about 60 seconds. They tell us if we can actually help, so nobody wastes a call.
You'll see the calendar right away. Choose a slot that works for you and you're booked.
Before the call we study your business, your market and your competitors' ads, and build your concepts.
30 minutes. Concepts, benchmark, plan. Then we decide together whether it makes sense to work together.
City of Angels Advertising LLC is a California company with an office in Los Angeles. Germany is where I learned to produce for companies with hundreds of employees and tens of millions in revenue, and where my wife and I built our own business with ads. The system is the same. The market is yours, and the three concepts we build before the call will show you whether we understand it.
Founding Client programs start at $6,900 a month plus your ad budget, for four businesses. After that the rate goes up. We recommend an ad budget of at least $5,000 a month, because Meta needs enough data to learn who books. We talk real numbers on the call, after you've seen your concepts, not before.
Your ads go live within 14 days of your shoot day, guaranteed. Most businesses see the first booked appointments in the first weeks after launch. The 90 day target is set together before we start, based on your budget, your offer and your market.
Ideally, yes, for one shoot day. People book people, and the owner on camera outperforms actors almost every time. If you really can't, we work with your team, your location and your customers.
Yes, and bring your numbers. If your current cost per booked appointment beats what we'd project for you, we'll tell you to stay where you are. If it doesn't, you'll know exactly by how much.
The first 20 minutes are work: your concepts and your benchmark. The last 10 are for deciding whether it makes sense to go further. If it doesn't, you keep the concepts and that's the end of it. No drip campaign that never stops.
Because I'm on every account myself, and because the first four businesses in a new market deserve more attention, not less. Four is what I can do properly while documenting every result.
It's used to prepare your session and to contact you about it. We don't sell it. The full privacy policy is linked at the bottom of this page.
P.S. If you read this far, you're probably doing the math right now. Every month without a system is a month of referrals you can't control and a calendar you can't predict. The four Founding Client spots go to the first four businesses that are a fit, and the rate goes up when they're gone. Claim your session, get your three ad concepts, and make the decision with real numbers in front of you instead of another agency's promises.
